Biography:

I am a proud Iowan, Husband, Father, and Lawyer.  I am happy to represent my friends and neighbors with their legal matters in forty counties throughout eastern and central Iowa.  I have appeared in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Iowa and have submitted appellate advocacy in over forty appellate cases.  In addition to working on thousands of cases I have tried over 100, likely many more, to both the Bench (hundreds) and to juries (over 20).

 

Representing my fellow Iowans in District and District Associate Court has given me a great sense of purpose and I appreciate that opportunity every day.  I value the process, of working with opposing counsel including prosecutors to attempt to reach resolution when we can, and trials when we cannot.
